The idea for Wild Island Botanic Gin was born on the small Hebridean island of "Colonsay", a wild paradise with magnificent scenery, harsh winter storms and more hours of sunshine in summer than in other parts of Scotland. Keith Bonnington, a former manager in the whiskey industry, runs the small private company. For the "High Croft" variant, a selection of autumnal fruits are used as botanicals, including wild blackberries, which are harvested and hand-picked on Colonsay. Wild Island London Dry Gin is produced in collaboration with the renowned Langley Distillery, in a traditional copper pot sill, the design of which dates back to 1860. Region: Iceland Botanicals: Wild blackberry, red currant, elderberry, wild apple, rose hip, rowan berry and others - a total of 22 ingredients
