Triple distillation is a rare form of whiskey production today. This typical Lowlands distillery is one of the few that still uses this complex process. Despite the high alcohol content and robust body, it is a celebration of delicate and ethereal flavors.
It offers an incredibly floral nose, rich in spring meadow aromas, immediately followed by a sunny explosion of ultra-ripe fruits (peaches, apricots, bananas, passion fruit).
The same unique style can be found on the palate: very floral, with clear notes of rose petals, then giving way to a fruity taste of small wild berries and ripe peaches, sweet and creamy. The sweet and honeyed character then transitions into a slightly tannic aftertaste, with sandalwood, overripe bananas and candied oranges.
Intense, like pastry, but incredibly clean.
