On the nose it oscillates between the tone of the young Eau-de-Vie and the roundness of the long-aged Eau-de-Vie with notes of vanilla and lime blossom.

In the mouth it is not very spicy and tannic, but light with notes of jam and marmalade. This cognac was allowed to mature for 15 years.

Growing areas: Assemblage de Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne & Fins Bois.
