For the third birthday, the Wu DRAM Clan , together with Kirsch Import, selected three barrels locally in the Signatory Vintage warehouses . In keeping with the taste of the three founders, the whiskey trio matured extensively in traditional American white oak bourbon barrels .

The Unnamed Islay 30 yo was distilled on the south coast of the island of Islay back in 1991 . Its unmistakable character is characterized by phenolic, maritime and strong peat-smoky notes .
