The independent bottler, blender and distillery builder based in Glasgow has called up eight spectacular heroes to start the series. Their superpowers? They consist exclusively of single casks or small batches that have been matured or refined in either high-quality sherry or bourbon casks .
Three Germany Exclusives also take only connoisseurs in this country on adventures characterized by character, power and taste.
Sanctum of the Deer wields the sword to preserve the epic, untouched landscape of the island of Jura . The taste profile of the islander, which has been matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry barrique, is correspondingly pure: white hyacinth and the scent of morning blossoms merge with tangy lemon peel and a hint of fresh laundry.
