Port Charlotte is the smoky version of Bruichladdich on the island of Islay off the Scottish coast. This 10-year-old single malt is one of the strongly peaty whiskys and, with its 50% alcohol, is also nice and strong. Just the thing for fans of peat! It was allowed to mature in former Bourbon and French wine barrels, which gives it an additional nice fruity note.
