Dieser Single Malt aus der schottischen Speyside verbindet 19 Jahre Reifezeit mit dem Einfluss eines 1st Fill Bolgheri Cask. Das 2007 destillierte Destillat wurde 2026 aus Fass #102 abgefüllt. Die Einzelfassabfüllung umfasst 287 Flaschen und besitzt eine Fassstärke von 56,6% vol.

Das ehemalige Rotweinfass aus der Toskana bringt eine fruchtbetonte Seite in das Profil des Mortlach. Malzige Süße und würzige Eiche ergänzen die dunklen Fruchtaromen. Der Whisky ist nicht rauchig und wurde ohne Farbstoff sowie ohne Kühlfiltrierung abgefüllt.
