The single malt initially matured in bourbon barrels. For the refinement, Billy Walker used various barrique barrels made of European oak , some from the famous Languedoc and Valpolicella regions , and some from Premier Cru Classé castles in Bordeaux . Artfully blended, the limited release offers elegant stone fruits, notes of roasted almonds and spicy orange peel on the palate.
