The dark mahogany color visually shows the long maturation in sherry casks. The aroma of dried fruits and a pronounced note of sherry leave no doubt on the nose. There is also a hint of wood polish and candied fruit combined with an intense note of orange oil. A bit of clove, nutmeg and allspice at the end before everything fades with a subtle menthol note. In the mouth there is immediately the influence of wood with hints of autumnal berries: blackberries, black and red currants, cranberries. Candied ginger comes to the fore while notes of dark chocolate give the whole thing a complex character - a touch of anise at the end. The finish is very balanced with fruit and oak; Nutty notes underline the light but persistent tobacco aromas.
