Aroma

The scent of tobacco in an empty sandalwood cigar box. There is also the maritime, smoky aroma of smoked fish (Arbroath smokie), aromatic notes of lemon oil, ginger root and a hint of menthol.

The Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is also bottled more powerfully. In First Fill and Refill Sherry Butts and Hogsheads, Islay Single Malt from the south coast combines aromas of dried fruits and dark chocolate and Islay Single Malt from the north coast combines spicy, maritime notes and lemon oil.
