This unusual rum comes from the Spanish brandy and sherry house "Williams & Hunter". Two rums distilled in Guyana and Barbados spend the first five years of maturation in their homeland. Then they come to Jerez and mature there again in two different types of sherry casks, including two years in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. The marriage then follows.

Aroma : dried fruits are accompanied by a hint of vanilla.

Taste : Raisins, figs, vanilla, delicate honey notes, caramel and cocoa.

Finish : long-lasting with a pleasant fruity honey sweetness.
