For The Octave series, Duncan Taylor treats selected single malts or single grains to a multi-month finish in approx. 50-liter sherry octave casks – achieving exceptionally refined, balanced flavor profiles.

The 15-year-old Bunnahabhain 2008/2024 from the non-peated branch of the Islay distillery, by contrast, combines white chocolate and naan bread with earthy notes, caramel, and pistachios.
