In Forres, on the north-west coast of Speyside, a small team of passionate distillers has been reviving a lost style of Speyside Single Malts again: voluminous and with a hint of smoke . For this, Benromach uses Highland Peat, Distillers as well as Brewers Yeast, very long fermentation times and exclusively first fill casks , which are stored in traditional dunnage warehouses. And: real handcraft.

For the Benromach 21 yo, the cask ratio is reversed. The elegant Speysider unfolds delicious notes of Seville orange, baked apple, sweetness and spice and slowly fades away with soft smoke.
