Rums from Appleton Estate have long been firmly on the culinary map. With the Appleton Hearts Collection, the traditional Jamaican distillery is now showing what rarities are still hidden in one of the largest rum stocks in the world. The limited series not only expresses the full potential of Appleton, but also the passion of two living legends of the rum world: Joy Spence , Appleton's Master Blender and the first woman to ever hold this position in the spirits industry, and the renowned Connoisseur Luca Gargano .

This release is a vintage pot still, distilled in 1984 in Forsyth Pot style and bottled in 2021. Matured for 37 years in American oak barrels and limited to 1,800 bottles worldwide.
