Amrut is one of the best single malt producers in all of India. What few people know is that India is one of the largest producers of whiskey! This Amrut Fusion uses a mixture of Indian malt and Scottish malt, this fusion is intended to bring the best of both worlds together. Due to the strong weather conditions in India, the single malt matures very quickly, as we already know from the Kavalan distillery in Taiwan. This very rapid maturation results in a very strong, intense whiskey.
