Crafty Distillery ist eine Gin Distillery "with a view" & Besucherzentrum. Mit Blick auf die grünen Hügel von Galloway destillieren Graham Taylor und Craig Rankin auch den Neutralalkohol für ihren Gin in der eigenen Brennanlage. Hergestellt wird er aus lokal angebautem Weizen, der bei der Brennerei gemahlen & verarbeitet wird - ganz nach dem Motte "grain to glass". 
Wer die Brennerei besucht, erlebt eine informative Tour & einen guten Gin pur oder als Longdrink bei fantastischem Panoramabick auf Hills & Harbour. 
Hills & Harbour Gin ist ein sehr ausgewogener Gin mit sorgsam ausgesuchten Botanicals, zwei davon werden lokal gesammelt: Nadeln der Edeltanne aus dem Galloway Nationalpark & Blasentang, eine Braunalge. Frisch spritzig & zugleich samtweich im Stil schmeckt er auch perfekt mit frischer Mangofrucht kombiniert.
