Die Folle Blanch Sorte ist die historische Rebsorte des Armagnacs. Sie war lange Zeit die einzige, die in der Gascogne angebaut wurde (vor der Reblauskrise) und wurde damals als "Piquepoult des Landes" bezeichnet. Sie ist bekannt für die Herstellung sehr feiner und delikater Armagnacs.

Man könnte ihn in einer Version eines trockenen Martinis als Ersatz für Gin verwenden.
