The 7-year-old single malt from the Ncnean Distillery, matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead, combines certified organic quality with sustainable Highland craftsmanship. Made from 100% malted organic barley, it has been maturing since 2018 and is bottled at a robust 61.1% ABV, unfiltered and without added coloring. Aromatically, it impresses with vanilla and light fruits, followed by apricot, peach, and pineapple, complemented by notes of toffee and pastry. This single cask bottling, limited to 246 bottles, was created exclusively for the Nuremberg Whisky Fair and captivates with its nature-inspired design and long, characterful finish.
