The Kavalan Single Malt is the distillery's flagship and is the bestseller among the Kavalan whiskys. It is matured in 6 different types of barrels, including fresh Bourbon, fresh Sherry, refill Bourbon, red wine barrels from Spain and two different types of white wine barrels from Portugal. The bottle's design is reminiscent of Taiwan's architectural pride, Taipei 101, which was the tallest building in the world until 2007.
