In der Nase schwankt er zwischen dem Tonus des jungen Eau-de-Vie und der Rundheit des lang gereiften Eau-de-Vie mit Noten von Vanille und Lindenblüten. Im Mund ist er nicht sehr würzig und Tannin haltig, sondern leicht mit Noten von Konfitüre und Marmelade. Reifen durfte dieser Cognac 15 Jahre. Anbaugebiete: Assemblage de Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne & Fins Bois.

On the nose it oscillates between the tone of the young Eau-de-Vie and the roundness of the long-aged Eau-de-Vie with notes of vanilla and lime blossom.

In the mouth it is not very spicy and tannic, but light with notes of jam and marmalade. This cognac was allowed to mature for 15 years.
