Crafty Distillery is a Gin Distillery “with a view” & visitor center. With a view of the green hills of Galloway, Graham Taylor and Craig Rankin also distill the neutral alcohol for their gin in their own distillery. It is made from locally grown wheat, which is ground and processed at the distillery - true to the motto "grain to glass".
Anyone who visits the distillery will experience an informative tour and a good gin neat or as a long drink with a fantastic panoramic view of the Hills and Harbour.
Hills & Harbor Gin is a very balanced gin with carefully selected botanicals, two of which are locally collected: noble fir needles from Galloway National Park & ​​bladderwrack, a brown algae. Freshly tangy and at the same time velvety in style, it also tastes perfect when combined with fresh mango fruit.
