Here, Armagnac Darroze presents a selection of Armagnacs made from the Baco grape variety, often considered the preferred choice for ageing. This unaged version gives the impression of being fresh from the still.

In its intense nose, you will discover fruity aromas (mirabelle, white peaches and fresh grapes) as well as herbal aromas (fennel, mint) that offer a very pleasant nose, almost crunchy. On the palate, this Blanche is supple with a dry profile. The intensity is pronounced with a full mouthfeel. Spicy notes of pepper prolong the pleasure.

Blanche Armagnac Baco is definitely ideal for cocktails such as margaritas or mojitos or in combination with vegetarian aromatic profiles.
