Die Kanosuke Distillery ist seit 2017 am Fukiagehama zu Hause, der mit seinen 30 km zu den längsten Sandstränden Japans gehört. Ein Merkmal der Craft-Brennerei sind ihre drei individuell geformten Pot Stills, die für Tiefe und ausgesprochen weiche Textur ebenso sorgen wie für Vielfalt.

Mit einem Pot Still und einem Double Distillery Whisky geht Kanosuke jetzt noch einen Schritt weiter in Sachen Abwechslung.

Der Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Whisky wurde im Mutterunternehmen Hioki aus gemälzter und ungemälzter Gerste gebrannt und in New American Oak Casks sowie Bourbon Barrels am Sandstrand gereift.

Kräftig und doch weich, kombiniert der unter anderem bei der San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2024 mit Gold dekorierte Japanese Whisky Gebäcknoten mit Zitrusfrüchten, Vanille und Gewürzen.
