Dieser ungewöhnliche Rum kommt aus dem spanischen Brandy- und Sherry Haus "Williams & Hunter". Zwei in Guyana und Barbados gebrannte Rums verbringen die ersten fünf Jahre ihrer Reifung in ihrer Heimat. Dann kommen sie nach Jerez und reifen dort noch einmal in zwei unterschiedlichen Sherryfasstypen weiter, unter anderem zwei Jahre in einem Pedro Ximenez Sherry Fass. Anschließend folgt die Vermählung.

Aroma: getrocknete Früchte werden von einem Hauch Vanille begleitet.

Geschmack: Rosinen, Feigen, Vanille, zarte Honignoten, Karamell und Kakao.

Abgang: langanhaltend mit einer angenehmen fruchtigen Honigsüße.
