The Rhum JM Vieux Agricole XO was allowed to mature 100% in burnt-out ex-bourbon barrels made of American white oak for at least 6 years. This gives the Rhum Agricole a nice mix of fruity and almost Christmassy spices Aroma: Roasted almonds, citrus fruits, spices and delicate herbal notes. Taste: Crepe, ginger, tropical fruits, toffee, delicately peppery. Finish: Medium-long, fruity, soft with fine notes of spices.
