An experimental barrel combination that provides variety on the palate. The progressive distillery even brews its own beer in-house. The recipe for Starwards Ginger Beer is well kept. Only this much can be revealed: it contains large amounts of ginger, lemongrass and citrus peel . The ginger beer matured for 6 months in Starward whiskey casks - casks full of exciting flavors that Melbournians know how to use.
For a 6-month finish, a fruity blend was previously filled in red wine and Apera barrels, the Australian version of sherry, aged Starward Australian Single Malt, the ginger beer barrels - and makes the mouths of curious connoisseurs water with flavors such as ginger, dark chocolate or orange. Starward Ginger Beer Cask #6 is part of the Starward Projects. In their “laboratory program”, the innovative Australians have room for ideas and new, unique expressions for their single malt.
