The Ruby Edition is the second dry gin from the Erfurt distillery. This dry gin deliberately has more bite and more edges: the mixture of 13 organic botanicals ensures rich and fruity aromas. A completely handmade spirit, distilled using the pot still process by Father & Son. Filtered at a minimum of 1µm and at room temperature, our distillate retains all natural oils, fatty acids and esters. Bottled by hand, this gin has a whopping 43.7% Alc. Volume. A drinking strength that has it all.

Aroma & Taste: Subtle spiciness meets Mediterranean orange. Pink pepper and hand-roasted almond shells give the Ruby Edition a powerful bouquet. There are also angelica root, rose petals and cinnamon. In addition to juniper, these ensure a balanced sweetness and dry flavors.
