The Classic Edition marks the historic first release from the Nicolai & Sohn distillery. This dry gin is particularly gentle and distilled using the traditional pot still process. 20 days of maturation give the mixture of 14 organic botanicals a very balanced balance. Filtered at a minimum of 1µm and at room temperature, our distillate retains all natural oils, fatty acids and esters. Bottled by hand with a whopping drinking strength of 43.7% vol.

Taste Classic: Spicy sweet, with wonderfully floral top notes of violet root, lavender and subtle citrus. Classic juniper on the palate, paired with nuances of cardamom, coriander, cedar and cranberry. With its lovely finish, this dry gin is also ideal for drinking neat.
