In 1988, Andrew Symington founded the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whiskey Company Ltd. and has since been bottling exclusive barrels from a wide range of Scottish distilleries from Pitlochry in the Highlands. His limited enjoyment experiences from single or a few barrels come onto the market in series - such as the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Their Very Cloudy Whiskeys are naturally cloudy. The reason: Despite only 40% vol. The single malts are not chill-filtered. This way they retain their full aroma. And at the same time they are real eye-catchers.
