The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak is bottled every year and is extremely rare. The current bottling was stored in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in 1974 . This creates a single malt with aromas of dried fruits, vanilla and cinnamon that is complex and full-bodied . Soft orange notes and spices such as cloves and ginger as well as toasted oak characterize the taste . The Macallan 18 Years Sherry Oak is uncolored and bottled at 43.0% ABV .
